S & E Septic Service & Construction began more than three decades ago with one simple goal: to provide the best septic services to our local community. Eugene Fryman, with his extensive experience in septic systems and construction, started the company to fill a need for reliable, high-quality septic service in the Tri-State area. Alongside his wife, Rita, who also shares a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, they worked tirelessly to grow the business into what it is today.
